What is breathwork?
Breathing is more than just a physiological process - it is the key to influencing our nervous system and works in both directions: it reflects our inner state and is at the same time a powerful control element. By consciously controlling our breathing, we can regulate stress, activate energy or achieve deep relaxation.
Since breathing always occurs in the present moment, it serves as a natural anchor to the now – for calming, energizing, processing, awareness and mindfulness.



Why do I use breathwork?
Personally, the power of conscious breathing freed me from a kind of burnout a few years ago, inspired me to research more about it, to complete several training courses and has accompanied me ever since.
In my coaching, I specifically use breathing work (breathwork) to bring you into your full presence and release your inner potential.

Breathing & The Connection to Technology:

In many ways, our body functions like a combustion engine – and our breath is the central control element. Just as engines require a precise supply of air to work efficiently, our breathing determines our physical performance, energy efficiency and long-term health.
🔹 Regulation & control: An engine runs optimally when air supply and combustion are precisely coordinated – in the same way, the right breathing technique influences our nervous system, our endurance and our focus.
